Dustin Colquitt

Dustin Colquitt attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and played football for coach Phillip Fulmer’s Tennessee Volunteers. As a junior in 2003, he was recognized as a first-team All-Southeastern Conference (SEC) selection, and a consensus first-team All-American. He earned first-team All-SEC honors again in his senior year.

Colquitt was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the third round of the 2005 NFL Draft. With the Chiefs, he won Super Bowl LIV over the San Francisco 49ers. In his 15 seasons with the Chiefs, he set multiple team records including being tied for the longest-tenured player in franchise history. During the 2007 NFL season, he set the franchise record for the longest punt with an 81-yard punt. In 2013, Colquitt became the NFL’s highest-paid punter. During the 2017 NFL season, he became the Chief’s all-time leader in both punts and punting yards.

He has also played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Atlanta Falcons, and Cleveland Browns. Colquitt was a three-time nominee for the Walter Payton Man of the Year. Dustin has been a long-time supporter of TeamSmile, which has provided dental care in 26 of the 30 NFL cities through its affiliation with four major sports.

Dustin has been married to his wife, Christia for 17 years. They live in Kansas City with their five children, Brinkley, Colston, Hartley, Kinsler, and Cannon.

Chris Freeland

Chris Freeland has been the Senior Pastor at Doxology Church in Fort Worth, TX since 2011. A 1998 graduate of Rock Bridge High School in Columbia, Mo,  Chris also has a music degree from Oklahoma State University and ThM and Doctorate of Ministry degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary. He became the Senior Pastor at Doxology at age 30 after an intentional succession, becoming one of the youngest megachurch pastors in America at that time. He led Doxology, a 70-year-old church, through a revitalization effort to return focus to its original DNA as a sending church. Doxology’s vision is to plant a Christ-centered group of Christ-centered neighbors within walking distance of every person in Greater Fort Worth. Currently, that vision is a reality in around 50% of the neighborhoods in Southwest Fort Worth and growing rapidly. Along with the growth in the southwest congregation where Chris preaches each Sunday, Doxology has planted two successful multi-ethnic congregations in Fort Worth, and participated with a collaboration of like-minded churches to plant an additional twelve thriving churches in the city. Doxology is also significantly involved in launching disciple-making movements of neighbors in Europe, Southeast Asia, and Central and South America. He is married to Kari and they have three children.

Pastor Chris Harper

Pastor Chris Harper [aka Harp] serves as Chief Storyteller and CEO of BetterMan, Inc., a leading men’s organization that has pointed 1,000+ churches and 100,000+ men to the life-giving manhood of King Jesus. Chris believes hospitality is the new evangelism and that art, music, commerce, and education are the most powerful mediums for gospel witness today.

Chris describes himself as an Amillennial, Calvinistic, closet-charismatic, credo-baptistic, complementarian, disciple of JC Ryle, who loves his wife, his four children, books, basketball, movies, and 90’s hip-hop. King Jesus is his Savior, Andrew (Simon Peter’s brother) is his hero, he believes that Jordan is better than Lebron, and nothing beats Nashville hot chicken.

Chris holds multiple advanced degrees and has studied at the University of Louisville, Harvard, Dallas Theological Seminary, and the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Chris has had the privilege to create, lead, and serve in some extraordinary, unconventional ministries: aiding men and women coming out of the adult entertainment industry, building coffee shops that employ women and men coming out of prison, and orchestrating clean water projects in third world countries.

Rod Smith

Rod Smith has been voted the No. 1 Local Television Personality for the past several years, Rod has been delivering the sports news on KRCG-TV 13 for three decades and is widely considered one of the best sportscasters in the Midwest. In 2019, Rod was inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame and the Missouri Basketball Hall of Fame. Perhaps he’s best known, however, for Rod’s Big Ol’ Fish! He’s shown off more than 10,000 pictures of viewers with their catches from deep-sea fishing trips, from the Lake of the Ozarks and “Grandpa’s pond.”

While he loves to cover local teams and athletes, Rod also has a heart for God and a passion to help local charities. He’s the busiest master of ceremonies in mid-Missouri and enjoys his opportunities to speak at local churches and civic organizations. Above all, however, faith and family come first for Rod.

He’s blessed with a beautiful wife Lana, and three beautiful daughters, Brittany, Brooke, and Paige. While he’s covered thousands of sporting events, his favorites are those that include the Smith girls, who all played high school and college sports. Rod and his wife, Lana, have been married for 35 years.
